八仙塵爆，士林地方法院裁定准許聲請人提供擔保後，得對加害人責任財產執行查封假扣押；新北市政府法制局長黃怡騰昨（2）日指出，新北市政府將出具證明替被害人擔保後，進行對八仙樂園、瑞博與玩色等3家業者責任財產查封扣押。
黃怡騰表示，市府將清查三家業者所有財產、細目、銀行帳戶等財產清冊；若有不足，市府不排除擴大假扣押範圍及對象。
